Insert the estimated hours into the report
It would be interesting to have the estimated hours in the report, just where total hours go.
Thanks1 voteAh, so you mean “time estimated for project” and not “time planned for a user” right?
Feel free to write directly to us at mrticktock@mrticktock.com with a screenshot if you like.

It better to link the Task and project with TargetProcess
We using TargetProcess for agile development. There is timesheet too but there don't have clock to record spend time. We have to use your clock to capture time for each task and enter it to TargetProcess timesheet manually.
We copy Task/Project from TargetProcess to your Task/Project
then start record time.
then we put the spend time back to TargetProcess timesheet for each task. It's better to automate it.
1 voteHi,
Thank you for the report. We also like to automate things and make our life more smooth.
From you description it looks like you can already automate your flow with our API: https://mrticktock.com/api.html
You can:- simply create a task in MrTickTock (create_task method),
- report time (start_timer/stop_timer or report_time_on_task)
- get time spent on task by a user (get_task_details)
- close task if no longer needed (close_tasks).
Is this sufficient for your needs?

Mindmap view on Projects & Tasks
Can we have a Minpmap view to view projects and tasks linked to each other. This will help us add new tasks and link them to a particular project and also help us see how many sub tasks are needed to complete a project in one view. Let me know if you need more examples.

Invite existing users to an account
A few in my team have been trialing MrTickTock to test to see if it help them plan their work. As such we've just created individual accounts with it's own projects. We'd like to keep one of the accounts and then pull in other existing users into it, but at the moment it only lets you get new people to join the account.
Could you change it so that users can be part of more than one account?

Project hours overview
Hello,
on the project details page (Project & Customers -> click on a customer - > click on a project) there is a nice progress bar showing you the overall hours estimated and spent, for example "22:30 hours worked out of 30:00". Because of the visuell element, it is easy to see if a project gets out of hand.
Now it would be awesome, if we could have a page, which shows you, as a quick overview, these progress bars for all current projects. By this, you could notice immediately if a certain project needs attention.

Add note
Can you add a note to each incident of time recorded - so for example I might ad 15 mins to a task but I want to tag this "spoke to Bob about meeting agenda"
1 voteHi,
What about public/private notes you can add through the small card/paper icon? It is located on the left side of the time input field.
Isn’t that what you need?
Thanks,

Sick days/leave to decrease weekly/monthly planned hours?
From customer:
"I filled in my hours for today and saw the monthly planned hours at the bottom of the screen. I realized I won't meet the target and was a bit puzzled because I have done some overtime this month. I clicked back week by week and saw that I had two days leave this month and therefore only worked 22hrs or something that week. Shouldn't the weekly/monthly planned target decrease with the amount of hours on leave?"
