Option to mark Half day leave

I would like to have Half day Leave Option both in Sick Leave and Normal Non Working day.

Yes, I want Half - day for all options.
Non Working: There is possibility at some time company announces half day leave during circumstances like Quake, Tsunami (In Chennai, Tamil Nadu, INDIA) or any circumstances like employee passes away.....etc.... It depends on the concern. So its my suggest for the same.Vacation & Sick Leave: Its required in india, since the non taken leave for this year will be summed up in the next year.
Working: Option is required in working, for to correct mistaken entry.
(One small request, whether it is possible for an update or follow up mail regarding our feedback form, i saw the reply very late. I was about to post one more feed back today. I saw half day feed back in the list, other wise i may have missed to follow my feature request)

Thank you for the report.
Generally our approach is that half day off is just a standard, shorter day at work and it is nothing unusual. It is still possible to work few hours more next day to reach the planned workload.
I understand that half day off could be helpful but it brings some complications to the system and its UI. We are very keen to implement our users ideas but don't want to clutter the UI and make the system too complicated.
We would need to answer few questions:
* How it could be set from UI
* How it should look like in the time off table on Tick-Tock page
* How it should look like in the calendar popup.
* Should it be marked somehow on the Standup page?
* How it should look like on the Days Off reportDo you have any ideas?
