FEATURE: adjustable time for email reminder

As a TickTock user I want to be able to set the time when I get an email reminder when I have a tasking running.

Hello Ceriel,

Thank you for contacting us. Your request sounds reasonable but in order to prioritize it I would like to understand how painful for you the current solution is.

Can you tell me at what time would you like to get notifications?
Currently it is:
* 'report reminder' - 6pm
* 'standup - others' activity' - 1am
* 'absence notification' - instantly

Please also note that you can change your timezone and this way change the time reminders are sent at.
