  1. Introduce 'Customer' role

    It would allow customers to see their reports, create new tasks and watch standup related for their tasks.

    From previous bugtracker:
    "would be very useful to be able to invite a customer to an account where they could report tasks and show them task states from their company.
    this would require a stauts flag for tasks.
    imo a simple to implement feature that allows users to also use ticktock as a bugtracker."

  2. Allow to link tasks with external bugtracker

    One option is to put separate field for tasks e.g. 'external id' to link tasks
