  1. Option to mark Half day leave

    Dear Sir,
    I would like to have Half day Leave Option both in Sick Leave and Normal Non Working day.

  2. Billing and invoices

    * Allow to enter hour rate for every employee and generate payment info
    * Allow to enter hour rate for every customer or project and generate payment info
    * Allow to close time reporting for project/customer/employee so the time cannot be reported before some day (already paid)

  3. Add "Project manager" role next to user and admin roles.

    From customer:

    "we need a role for people that are allowed to create, manage and report projects without giving them complete admin access."

    "Admin: Can do everything, including changing general settings, creating users, changing user rights, etc.
    Project Manager: Can create customers, projects, task and create project reports including all hours worked from everybody.
    User: Can just enter time and get reports about their own hours."

  4. Mark tasks as invoiced

    Be able to mark a user's time spent on a task as invoiced/already billed and integrate this into the reporting so you can select something like "hide billed hours"

  6. In Android app, add time tracking based on location (GPS, AGPS, network)

  9. No Mac client?

    What's the deal - can't use this without one. Need a completely Windows/Mac & Android/iOS solution.

    Have I missed it, and you do have this, or did you just forget about Mac users?

  10. FAQ or guide!

    Having never used any software like this before there is absolutely no information or advice about the best way to set up multiple users , tasks and projects or anything. It look like it's what i want to use but i just don't have the time to muddle my through to get started.

  12. Further to planned "Approve leave days"

    You should ideally implement additional absence categories. Non-working is too ambiguous but could be useful for some customers. I believe the following would be a good list of additions:

    - Public holiday (so you know what's non-working not necessary to approve)
    - Unpaid leave (when vacation quota used up)
    - Paid leave (funerals, paternity leave, etc depending on company policy - still need to get approval)

    This extension of categories should be pretty easy fix, though the leave approval enhancement might be a bit trickier since you ideally should make it company configurable which leave types require a formal approval.

  14. Add a "remaining" or "needed" row to the bottom of the week chart

    In addition to the "planned" row on the weekly Tick-Tock view, it would be nice to see what is "remaining" or "lacking" or "needed" at the bottom of each day (and in summary for the week and month as well). This would help me to quickly see that I still need to make up 3 hours before the end of the week without needing to do the math in my head. In most cases, the math isn't _difficult_, but it would be nice to not need to think about it when I'm mentally figuring up what time I'll be heading…

  15. Half days in time estimates

    When adding a time estimate for a task, it currently only allows full days. Being able to add half days would be good

  16. Common Tasks

    Be able to set up Common Tasks that apply to all projects - i.e. Filing, Admin, Emailing are all tasks to track which you have to add to each project everytime you create a new one.

    Yes you can copy a project which is good, but if you want to add a task retrospectively then you have to add it to each Project.

  17. In Android app, allow to set WiFi per customer

    so timetracking can start automatically depending on which customer office I visit.

  18. Variable email alert times

    The Setting Option:
    "Yes, I want to receive reminder email at 6pm if I forget to report time."
    I would like to pick the time.
