  2. enter time on my colleague's projects

    We are a team of 2 people working with MrTick Tock. Both of us create clients/projects/tasks but I'd like to know how I can register time on the projects created by my colleague. Thans a lot for your help

    Hi,

    You can simply add more tasks (i.e. the ones created by your colleague) to your Tick-Tock view.

    Simply:

    • click “More Tasks > Assign Existing task” from the bottom of Tick-Tock page (or go directly to Tasks page)
    • click tasks you want to report time on (so they are marked with “open eye” icon and thus visible on your Tick-Tock page).
    • go back to Tick-Tock view and enjoy new tasks visible

  4. Entering hours without " : "

    It would be great, if we could enter the hours worked without the " : ", so "0230" would automatically become "02:30", instead of showing an error message. Makes entering hours a lot quicker.

  6. Restricted Permissions should hide Projects/Tasks

    As it is, anyone we add has access to the full list of customers and projects, even if we restrict workers. We'd like to add some freelancers for a few specific issues, but this is a dealbreaker for us!

    Also, the approach of having a company-wide setting to change the permissions of all "user" role is interesting, but is not fine-grained enough. Please add additional roles, such as "restricted".

  7. Link users to a task.

    When you have users, it should be possible to llink them to a task you have in your companie.
    so they only see their task that they have to do.

  9. Ability to input "Timespans" (e.g. 10:00-18:00) in weekview

    At the Moment only the amount of hours worked is possible. (e.g. 5.3)

    Being able to input values like "9,5-18,9" or "10:00-18:00" would make things way easier and straightforward in week view. At the moment, i always have to switch to day view and jump from one day to the next, to input detailed times. This sucks. This feature would solve the issue. The "-" symbol could be used as a separator to split the 2 time values.

  10. Mark Days off in Date Report

    When viewing a report grouped by date (for example Previous Month) it would be great if the report showed that a user had marked that day as absent. Otherwise it looks like they have just not filled in their hours for that day so you need to then create an absence report and compare the two.

  11. Hide closed Customers/Projects and fix Customers/Projects ordering

    When adding Tasks to manage - be able to filter the projects to only show open projects and as such only open tasks.

  12. Being able to type the shortcut "now" into the time "Start Time" or "Finish Time" field

    Being able to type "now" into the "Start Time" or "Finish Time" field which then gets converted to the current time "for example 13:04".

    This makes editing Start and End times easier, when you forgot to track time. Which often includes entering the current time. (f.e. to be able to start tracking via the "Start Button" again)

  13. Decimal typing without "0"

    Love the app. One issue I keep running into is that my habit is to log my time using decimals, but without typing "0" before it--for example, ".75" hours instead of "0.75" hours. But this input currently results in an error.

    When I am already logged in, and go to page https://mrticktock.com/, you could redirect me to https://mrticktock.com/app. This is what I am really visiting the page for.

  15. Do not show blocked users on the Standup tab

    Dear Sir,
    I would like to "hide or close" option for User Account, who have left the company. But its required to maintain their time entry details for the project. So request you to kindly add this option.

  16. Raw Data Export

    All of the reports that you have available are in a matrix style layout, with each user listed across the top of the report in their own column and then a grouping along the side. Although this is good for looking at a report online, my team would like to be able to export the data and use it in a pivot table. Would it be possible to have a report with the following columns?

    -User
    -Customer
    -Project
    -Task
    -Date
    -Hours
    -Standup Note

    Each row within the report would then roll up the number of hours a user logged toward…

  20. Don't send me team members absence notifications since my account is blocked.

    Before my account was blocked I requested absence notifications. Since then I can't log in to disable it and I still receive e-mails from MrTickTock.
